⏱️ Step-by-Step Production Process & Temperatures
1
Double Boiler Melting: Place weighed Soy Wax and Beeswax in a stainless steel pitcher over simmering water. Melt until completely liquid and transparent (approx. 80°C – 85°C). Never heat directly over open flame.
2
Fragrance Addition (80°C – 85°C): Remove pitcher from heat. Check temperature with probe thermometer. Add weighed fragrance oil and stir gently and continuously for 2 full minutes in one direction to bind oil molecules.
3
Cooling & Pouring (58°C – 62°C): Allow wax to cool naturally. Once temperature drops to 58°C – 62°C, pour smoothly into silicone moulds. Leave 1–2 mm at the top rim.
4
Botanical Decoration (3–5 min after pour): Wait until the surface turns cloudy/semi-solid. Use tweezers to gently place dried flowers, orange slices, or cinnamon. Do not press them in.
5
Curing & Demolding: Let rest undisturbed at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours (never refrigerate). Demold gently by pressing the back of the silicone cavity, then tie ribbon through the hole.
